Shipping Policy


ConferenceFloors.com wishes to offer you the most efficient method of freight shipping. You can have your order delivered to your home or project site.

In regards to freight shipments, please follow the process of purchasing the product and we will be in contact with you regarding shipment pricing.

Once the order is processed, you will receive an invoice that contains the product name and quantity of products that will be included in your delivery.

Your order will be processed and readied for pickup within 24-36 hours (weekends and holidays not applicable). Depending on the location of your delivery, your products may arrive within 1-10 days of processing.

Curbside deliveries of your items will be delivered through a lift gate truck, or freight truck, by which the delivery driver will unload. Please note that flooring is heavy and oversized, and do make arrangements to bring the products inside your house or project site.

After you receive your product, please ensure that the count of cartons is correct and matches your invoice. Our products are well-protected to ensure zero damage during transit; but, in the event your product was damaged during the transit process, please refer to the Return Policy section for due processing.

Open some of the cartons to ensure this is the product you are expecting. If your product is damaged in any way, be sure to inform your delivery driver immediately. Take images of the damaged cartons, and note the amount of damaged goods on the delivery slip before the driver leaves. Take photos and accept all products. Email the photos together with your order number and contact information to edison@conferencefloors.com and our customer service representative will resolve the issue as quick as possible. Allow us a few days to process your claim and a representative will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
